Three ways to use a sample

Each sample is small enough to read in an afternoon and complete enough to run.

01

Play it

Open the browser build and feel the client-predicted actions and real-time sync for yourself.

02

Read it

Start from the shared player model and actions. Everything the game can do is in one place.

03

Explore it

Give the starter prompt to your coding agent and it runs the sample locally and walks you through it. Or clone the repo and run it yourself.

Sample licences
Orca and FOOTDRAFT are Apache-2.0, so you can reuse their code in your own game. Their art and game data are not covered. The other samples are public to read and run.
Metaplay SDK
The SDK and LiveOps Dashboard the samples run on ship as full source code under the Metaplay licence.
03

Start your own from a template

Every sample started as the same clean project template. Get the SDK, run the template, and you have a server, a client and a dashboard in minutes.
